Telford and Wrekin Council are looking to procure services for Support and Personal Care Services for Children and Adults. This Dynamic Purchasing System will work to source care over a variety of functions, to include domiciliary care for Children and Adults, residential/nursing placements for Adults, and day care placements for Adults. There is an expectation that providers will have the relevant experience, knowledge and expertise to be able to deliver the services as outlined in the corresponding specification documents.This is a flexible agreement for Support and Personal Care Services that works to The Authority Commitment Statement; Right Help, Right Time to Promote Independence. This DPS is aligned to the national range of Government policies and initiatives for Support and Personal Care services and the Authority seeks Providers who are focussed on a whole family approach.
For Lot 1, there will be scope for providers registering for personal care services and/or support services. Personal care services will be available to those providers with a valid CQC/Ofsted registration and there will be a requirement to deliver regulated services. Support services will be available to those providers who are not CQC/Ofsted registered, but still wish to deliver informal services to residents in the borough, such as domestic support or shopping calls. Providers can indicate a desire to support on both areas as long as all relevant registrations are held.
Contract period: 31 March 2024 → 31 March 2028
