Description

We are looking for contractor interest in our grass cutting and grounds maintenance contract, which will run from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025. Closing date is end of day Sunday 3rd March 2024. Ivybridge Town Council cuts selected roadside verges on behalf of Devon County Council. The Town Council also owns and operates various open spaces, woodland, leisure and play facilities across the Parish. The Council is looking for a contractor that can fulfil the service and works as outlined in the specification and location maps, for grass cutting of specified verges, and grass cutting and grounds maintenance of our parks and open spaces. Contractor will also be required to maintain pockets of wildflower areas, and to create new pockets as required. The contract is for a one year period, commencing 1st April 2024.
