London and Quadrant have a requirement for a design agent. Due to the envisaged value of this procurement London and Quadrant, have decided to do an Invitation to Quote process inviting three suppliers known to them as per the internal procurement policy. The requirement is for the provision of a design agent. It is our intention to take the scheme overseas, therefore we are looking to engage with an agency which has experience of producing marketing collateral for both the domestic and international market. We will require a full design service to deliver the following (but not limited to): o Brand Strategy o Visions workshop o Tone of Voice messaging/Taglines/Copy style o Brochure design - hard copy and digital for both Market Sale and Shared Ownership (the Market Sale will also need to be suitable for overseas.) o Content creation and copy writing for brochures and all marketing communications - including translation services where required. o Art direction o Neighbourhood/wider London photography o Neighbourhood film o Advertising examples - EDM, Press ads, Digital Ads, Social Media ads o Overseas lightboxes o Overseas digital campaign o Design of overseas landing page o Hoarding /Signage/Wayfinding design
