DLUHC is forming a partnership with a supplier for the delivery of strategic consultancy advice related to environmental sustainability and also socio-economic Development, the latter having connections with the majority of the department's areas of responsibility e.g. 'Levelling Up'. The supplier will build a relationship with DLUHC throughout the Contract term in order to understand the Department's values and objectives which, in turn, which enable the supplier to delivery policy specific advice. The Supplier is appointed on a standby basis. Due to the unforeseen nature of some of our requirements, the precise number of commissions that may be required cannot be stated and DLUHC does not provide any guarantee of work under this contract. The initial work will be to commission an environmental assessment of NDMPs as they are prepared. This must be in a way which is legally compliant with the existing Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) and Habitat Regulations Assessment (HRA) requirements. Additional information: This is a call-off from the Crown Commercial Service Management Consultancy 3 framework (RM6187), Lot 9: Environmental Sustainability & Socio-Economic Development.
