North East Contractor Support Framework

Home Group is currently seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors in relation to establishing a Framework to provide various contractor support for our in-house DLO repairs service (HGRS) within the defined geographical management areas:-\r \r Tyneside & Northumberland - NE1-71\r Teesside & Durham - DH1-9, SR1-8, DL1-17, TS1-29\r \r The Framework will be tendered as 7 separate trade/service lots:\r \r A - General Building Works\r B - Roofing Works\r C - Building Envelope Works\r D - External Environmental Works\r E - Electrical Works\r F - Damp Remedial Works\r G - Drainage works\r \r It is HGL's intention to appoint 3 contractors for lot A on a ranked basis and 1 contractor each for lots B-G.\r \r Tenderers will be restricted to bidding for multiple lots to only the following combinations.\r \r D&G - External Environmental & Drainage\r B&C - Roofing & Building Envelope\r C&F - Building Envelope & Damp Remedial
