Description

On the Buyer's Feed in Tariff (FIT) and Renewable Obligation (RO) schemes the team deal with a lot of queries to operate the schemes. A query could involve, for example, assessing supplier's corporate structures or engaging with suppliers on outstanding supply volume data. Addressing these queries can be time consuming and often requires the Subject Matter Experts to spend time with the team to assist with the query.
