Godalming Town Council is inviting tenders to build an approx 21msq single-storey flat roof infill extension located between two projecting blocks at Broadwater Youth and Community Centre to provide additional administrative offices incorporating a fire escape corridor. Additional information: Your tender, to include the fully priced Specification and preliminary construction programme, must be returned to the Godalming Town Council, Proper Officer, 107-109 High Street, Godalming, Surrey, GU7, 1AQ no later than 13.00 on 13 March 2024. PLEASE NOTE YOUR RETURN ENVELOPE MUST BE IDENTIFIED WITH 'GTC - BROADWATER INFILL EXTENSION TENDER DO NOT OPEN UNTIL 13.00 ON 13 MARCH 2024; FAILURE TO DO SO MAY INVALIDATE YOUR TENDER
