Description

Wooden Huts As per 2023 we will provide 4 wooden huts for retail outlets, these will be equipped with a socket for a card machine, internal lighting and an external twinkly garland. There will also be two wooden huts for catering outlets with serving hatches, these will be fitted out with electrical supplies for tea urns, internal lighting and an external twinkly garland. Crew As per 2023 we will provide crew to build and break your Heras fencing in the woodland and along the top road and stack ready for collection. On Site Performers This option provides three actor stations with continuous cover on all actor stations between 16:30 and 20:00. 17 days performance (5 actors) 1 day rehearsal (5 actors) 1 day press photo shoot (5 actors) 1 day site visit/setup (1 team lead) 1 day site visit (set designer) 4 days making (set designer) Materials budget for trail signs 6 professional costumes All management, expenses & admin related to the event, including dedicated Team Lead
