The Arts and Enterprise Centre will bring back into use the former NatWest bank building which is vacant and derelict. It is a heritage asset and once complete will include a cafe and exhibition space, a co-working space for businesses to collaborate and share knowledge, a makers market area, a retail display area, a start-up enterprise space, studios and workshops. The project aims to improve perceptions of Millom and raise the profile of the town as a place to live, work, visit, learn and invest.\r \r The Pheonix Enterprise Centre will be refurbished and provide improved office working space for key local businesses.
