Tender for the Provision of Respite Services for the Care Agency (Light Touch Regime)

Description

The provision of respite services at the contractors own premises for such Service Users as directed by the Client are provided as follows: a) a respite service for persons aged 0-16 years on school days, weekends and bank holidays. On weekends and bank holidays, the service will begin from 9am and will end at 7:00pm. On school days, the service will begin at the time the Service Users finish school and shall end at 7pm when the Service Users must be collected by their parents or guardians. b) a respite service for persons ages 16 and over. On weekends and bank holidays, the service will begin from 9am and shall end at 7:30pm. On school days, the service will begin at 3.30pm and will end at 7.30pm. Economic operators may apply through HM Government of Gibraltar's Supplier Network Portal https://hmgogsupplier.gibraltar.gov.gi Additional information: Gibraltar does not participate in the Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA) under the World Trade Organization (WTO). HM Government of Gibraltar therefore reserves the right to consider only those bids from eligible tenderers in Gibraltar, the UK, or a country or territory covered by a trade agreement extending to Gibraltar that contains relevant Procurement provisions.
