City of Wolverhampton Council on behalf of Black Country Transport is procuring an Environmental appraisal to support an Outline Business Case (OBC) development and transport appraisal for the A4123 Walk/ Cycle and Bus Measures Project, for submission to West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA).
