Practitioner in Freedom of Information training. The Freedom of Information Request team has recently joined the DPO team from Private Office. To enable them to further upskill on their job roles and ensure they have a clear and balanced approach to applying legal judgments in accordance with the law we are seeking to enable a certified FOI training. To possess a solid knowledge of Freedom of Information law (and the Environmental Information Regulations), as well as an understanding of the practical implications for DWP of the legal requirements, including how to manage an FOI request from inception to completion. To build an understanding of the different acts and regulations surrounding information, and how they can be instilled, as well as applying legislation in a practical setting for DWP. Number of delegates - approx 8-10 Classroom based training
