De Montfort University (DMU) seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out the following works: Lift replacement project of the existing internal lift cars in Queens Building and Pace Building, at De Montfort University The project consists of the full replacement of 3no. lifts located as follows: o Queens Building - Lifts QB1 & QB2 (installation of external back-up generator) o PACE Building - Lift PA1 (conversion to a motorless lift) Contract start date 25th March 2024 (provisional) Completion date 27th September 2024 (provisional) Full details of the University's requirements can be found in the tender pack, which can be found at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/demontfort/aspx/Home
