LB Hillingdon- Tree Maintenance- South (Batched works)
The Council is seeking to procure a short-term tree maintenance service based on a set list of locations located in the south of the borough. Bidders must be an Arboricultural Association approved contractor.
The supplier should provide M365-focused training courses which as a minimum cover SharePoint and SharePoint integration with other apps, as well as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook and CoPilot.
This training is to cover essential upskilling with the intention of progressing staff capabilities. It should reflect varying abilities and capability needs. Learning levels must include beginner, intermediate, and advanced learning.
The aim is to increase capability. The supplier should aim to increase trainee capability and not only present information through lectures or workshops.
Learning should be scalable according to expected need. The council cannot currently confirm attendance numbers and will support the supplier in scoping attendance for the correct training level. The only exception is AI training, which the council intends to implement fully across their workforce (650 persons).
It may be that once training is advertised to all staff, the training numbers may increase.
A minimum of 15% of SharePoint workshops should be delivered in-person.
Online lectures or webinars should be recorded to be made accessible to those unable to attend any live sessions. Access to any subscription resources is only expected for the duration of the contract.
Where learning accessibility needs are raised, the supplier must be responsive to meeting these needs.
It is expected that a variety of learning approaches will be used by the supplier, to facilitate both attendance and learning pathways, e.g, online lectures or webinars and workshops.
Additional learning materials should be made available to attendees, where appropriate. This should aim to support learning received from delivery sessions and not substitute for these.
Workshops must be available both online and in-person. In-person workshops are expected to be delivered at the council offices in Abbey House, Abbey Close, Abingdon OX14 3JE.
Courses and workshops will be delivered according to a timeline decided with the supplier. The councils expect to deliver each module focus separately, to reduce learning overwhelm for staff. It is expected that training delivery should not exceed 8 months and this will be the council's approach when discussing timelines with the supplier.
Those who facilitate staff learning should have the relevant training and experience to deliver the proposed training.
Admin training is not needed; the training is for users only.
The Council will not accept any variation to the specification for this requirement.

1. Background
LQ Group has a well-established Security Operations Centre (SOC) for protective monitoring and response. Internal security analysts triage and respond to security incidents according to policy. This work is carried out during regular office hours. Due to this shift pattern, we rely on hardening and automated response during out-of-hours. The lack of human triage increases our risk of organizational compromise during nights, weekends, and bank holidays. This risk is especially severe when multiple days pass without SOC staff on shift.
2. Objectives
• Successful procurement means establishing a relationship with a security partner capable of providing the OOH SOC Services required to protect the business.
• This partner should be an extension of the internal LQ Group SOC, supporting us to further mature our Security Operations.
• Establishment of a contract over a three-year period.

W5094 The Development of a Community Climate Action Plan for Walsall
"Walsall Council and the Walsall Energy Action Project (WEAP) partnership are seeking a provider to produce a Community Climate Action Plan for Walsall. The plan will identify actions that can be delivered by communities to mitigate and adapt to climate change at the community level.
Residents in Walsall face interconnected challenges linked to climate change and fuel poverty, driven by high emissions from inefficient homes and from transport. These environmental pressures are compounded by wider economic strains, including rising energy costs. This leads to cold, damp living conditions which has a profound impact on residents' health and wellbeing and reduces their ability to take positive action to tackle climate change. Coordinated action is required to build community resilience and support residents in transition to healthier and more energy efficient lifestyles.
The Walsall Energy Action Project (WEAP) helps Walsall residents save money on energy, improve home energy efficiency, and support community led climate action. Its focus is on practical support, education, and empowering local communities to take meaningful steps toward lower energy bills and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. "
Southend-on-Sea City Council ("the Council") is responsible for managing and enforcing restrictions made under Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs), including parking, bus lane and moving traffic contraventions, within its jurisdiction, in order to support the safe and efficient operation of the road network.
To support these functions, the Council is seeking to procure a Supplier for the provision, installation, maintenance and support of static re deployable roadside CCTV enforcement systems equipped with Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) technology. The systems will be used for both attended and unattended enforcement at a range of locations, including but not limited to school streets, school keep clear locations, bus lanes, yellow box junctions, prohibited turns and other moving traffic restrictions.
The Supplier must ensure that all CCTV and ANPR camera devices proposed for use under this contract hold the appropriate Vehicle Certification Agency (VCA) approvals for the enforcement of parking and moving traffic contraventions. Where required, this must include the provision and maintenance of an approved Technical Construction File (TCF). Only certified and approved devices may be deployed under this contract, and the Supplier must ensure continued compliance with any changes to legislation, certification requirements or statutory guidance during the lifetime of the contract.
The Supplier will be responsible for the supply, installation, maintenance and ongoing support of all CCTV and ANPR hardware, together with the associated software and cloud hosted services required for the secure capture, transmission, storage and processing of recorded data. This must include functionality to support evidential review, redaction and integration with the Council's notice processing system, ensuring that all evidence produced is compliant with the statutory and evidential requirements for the issue of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs).
