Staffordshire County Council (the Council) has put in place a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) arrangement for the provision of residential and nursing care home services for its clients. This will encompass Collection, transport, treatment, recycling, processing and disposal as appropriate, of healthcare and general waste including domestic, recyclable, clinical, hazardous, offensive, pharmaceutical, toxic, radioactive and biological waste streams.
