The proposed development is part of Camden’s first phase of its New Homes for Small Sites Programme (NHSSP) which sits within Camden’s wider Community Investment Programme (CIP). The programme aims to build new genuinely affordable social rent and intermediate rent homes on underutilised small and infill sites across Camden’s Housing estates, working closely with residents and local communities. Public consultation is fundamental to development of CIP Projects. Durham County Council (DCC) are looking to explore the market options for a cloud based Welfare Rights Case Management System. System go live is expected to commence 1st April 2027.
Durham County Council deliver an in-house Welfare Rights service, providing benefit advice and support to the residents of County Durham. The service is accessed via professional in-house referrals for adults and children, carers, support to reduce homelessness, sensory support, supported housing, kinship carers, leaving care, transitions and suicide prevention.
The service receives circa 3500 referrals per annum of which, crica 2000 are for those with a cancer diagnosis through our dedicated Macmillan service.
The service offers, welfare benefits advice, support to apply for benefits, completion of mandatory reconsideration, submission of appeals, appeals to the Upper Tribunal and signposting to additional support services if appropriate.
Welfare Rights require an end to end system for the management of individuals' cases with multiple referrals per client over a period over years eg. a client is re-referred or self refers following an initial piece of completed work.
The London Borough of Newham is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced suppliers to deliver a programme of unannounced occupancy checks and case reviews for approximately 7,900 households in temporary accommodation, located across 49 local authority areas. The Council requires an external supplier to visit households, verify occupancy, assess property conditions, review housing options and support needs, and complete a standardised Case Review Form for each visit.

Hartlepool Borough Council is leading the development of a new Screen Industries Production Village, a major investment set to bring more film, TV, and digital production activity into the town. Accommodation Support Services for Children Aged 16+ and Care Leavers
The Council has entered a collaborative partnership with United Welsh Housing Association to develop accommodation to meet the needs of young people aged 16+ and care leavers.
Using capital funding from Housing for Care Funding (HCF), United Welsh has acquired 2 properties close to Newport city Centre and has renovated them to provide tailor-made accommodation for a total of 9 young people across both schemes.
The Council is looking for a suitably experienced provider to develop a support service to meet the needs of young people to prepare them for leaving care, and to promote their independent living skills as care leavers:
• 24/7 Supported Accommodation (4 Beds) to 16-18 year old
• Floating Support Service (5 Beds) to 18-25 Supported Accommodation, supporting Care Leavers.
Applications are particularly welcome from the voluntary sectors, supporting the elimination of profit in Children Services.

Swindon Borough Council (SBC) invites you to contribute to preliminary market engagement in relation to delivery of the Wichelstowe Community Sports Hub and would welcome the views of suppliers on the approach to procurement. The intention is to invite supplier feedback to help shape the final specification and commercial model to ensure the tender delivers the optimum outcomes for the Council.
SBC are intending to seek a contractor to design and build the first phase of the Wichelstowe Community Sports Hub.
The budget for the works is fixed and is a made up of a combination of grant and S106 funding. As such the full scheme will not all be delivered in this first Phase. It is anticipated that the works will include groundworks, pavilion, car park, drainage, footpaths and an element of play. Estimated contract spend is £4.5m. The all weather football pitch will be delivered by a third party.
