In order to provide realistic training, actors are required to play the role of major casualties, including use of professional quality make up and/or prosthetics. Fleet Operational Standards and Training (FOST) staff do not possess the requisite skill set to provide this in an authentic manner from within existing resource.
The Tenderer should be aware that the works detailed in this package are constrained due to the nature of the location they are to be conducted in.

Project Background
Proposed to replace the existing caisson to 1 Basin. Proposed works to be undertaken as per the design and surveys approved with Historic England and Crown Estates.
Install perimeter CPNI fencing to secure the site for the duration of the project.
Installation of temporary cofferdams to the East and West that will not impact the historic fabric. Dewater and inspect and survey the 1 Basin stonework.
Monitor historic seawalls and ground water levels during the works.
Undertake stone wall repairs in accordance with Historic England detail specification and approval.
Replace the penstock gate with electric operated replacement with civil works and electrical supply required to operate.
Demolition and removal of the existing caisson constructure to 1 Basin. Repairs to the caisson groove and prepare for replacement caisson arrival (by others) removal all structural supports.
Remove and survey the condition of the road bridge. Repair works to the sill and stone repairs to match the existing structure to the detailed specifications to Historic England specification. Install a temporary foot bridge during the project.
Refurbishment and load testing of fairleads and bollards and leave in full working order for ongoing operations. Clean, survey and remedial repairs to historic brickwork culvert after dewatering.
Remove the temporary cofferdams and refit road bridge after caisson has been replaced and all works to the bridge has been completed.

Supacat Limited are the proprietary owners of the technical documentation for these assemblies and such work cannot be undertaken without access to the proprietary design information. Without the detailed technical information for the various assemblies a supplier would not be able to ensure repaired and reconditioned assemblies were fit for purpose in accordance with the original design specifications, or maintain configuration control such as build standards, drawing and test specifications. The assemblies to be repaired under this contract are considered to be of a safety critical nature.

GB-London: Restorative Justice Steering Group Coordinator
As part of the recommissioning process for the restorative justice service, MOPAC conducted multiple stakeholder engagement sessions with a range of statutory partners, non-statutory partners, and restorative justice delivery providers. Through this engagement, multiple challenges, barriers, and limitations to restorative justice in London were raised by stakeholders.
Together with the wider sector, MOPAC recognises that these challenges require widespread buy in and collaborative working to bring change. Therefore, MOPAC intends to commission a steering group to bring together key statutory partners and relevant parties to work together to improve the overall landscape of restorative justice in London as a whole.
There are two optional extension periods each of one year (2+1+1), available at MOPAC's discretion. The initial term duration is 19 August 2024 to 18 August 2026, and the two extension periods are; 19 August 2026 to 18 August 2027 and then 19 August 2027 to 18 August 2028. The total potential value is £160k, with the initial term valued at an estimated £80k, and each of the extension periods valued at an estimated £40k each.

The DNE is looking to contract with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 Delivery Partners to deliver STEM activities to Primary and Secondary Schools that will involve coordinating schools, planning content of activity sessions and delivery of these sessions in schools in the following areas:
Lot 1: 60 schools across the North.
Lot 2: 40 schools across the Midlands.
Lot 3: 40 schools across the Southeast.
Lot 4: 60 schools across the Southwest.
Lot 5: 40 schools across Scotland.
The aim of this activity is to extend our reach to this target audience to promote STEM events and enable the target audience to better understand the opportunities available to them as a career choice. The focus will be aimed at young people from aged 8-14 years old (Year 3 – 9). The start date of the project will be August 2024 and the delivery of this project in schools will commence from September 2024 through to July 2025 with the option to extend by +1 year, subject to funding and supplier performance.

for the purchase of Light and Power Distribution Systems for use in MoD Abbey Wood for a duration of
4 years.
In accordance with the provisions of The Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations
2020 SI No. 2020/1319, this procurement falls to be regulated under the provisions of the Public
Contracts Regulations 2015 as amended (in particular by SI 2020/1319). Prior publication of a contract
notice in the Official Journal of the European Union is no longer appropriate. It is considered that the
award of the contract without prior publication of a contract notice in the UK e-notification service (as
required by the relevant legislation) is lawful in accordance with regulation 32 (2) (b) (ii) of the PCR
2015 because Blakely Electrical are the OEM of the NSN's to be procured under this contract. Technical
information is not available to support a competition due to a lack of technical drawings. Spares must
be procured to the manufacturers part number (MPN)'s detailed on CSIS. The majority of the NSN's
within scope of this requirement are codified to Blakely Electrical; who are the current incumbent and
have been since 2015. The two previous competitions highlighted that other potential suppliers are
unable to supply the complete basket of items required.
Blakely Electrical have the product knowledge and expertise to fulfil this requirement successfully.
