This Invitation to Tender ("ITT") has been issued by The Police & Crime Commissioner for Humberside (the "PCC") in connection with a competitive procurement for a collaborative Framework for the provision of the Disposal, Recycling and Auctioning of End of Life Non Police Vehicles. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Open Procedure under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 ("the Regulations"). The requirement will be tendered on behalf of Humberside Police and West Yorkshire Police. The intention is to appoint a single supplier to a Framework Agreement to cover the whole of Humberside and the West Yorkshire Region. The intention is to award any resulting call off contract(s) for an initial period of 2 years with extension options of periods up to 24 months in total to be determined by the Forces. *Please note that the value specified is the estimated total income to the forces from this service for the length of the contract.

1.1 West Yorkshire Police Occupational Health Unit are seeking quotations from suitably experienced companies to provide a reliable and successful service described below. 1.2 The value of this requirement is less then £50,000. 1.3 It is anticipated that the Contract(s) shall be awarded in August/September 2022. 1.4 The duration of the contract will be 24 months. WYP may extend the contract period by up to 2 x 12 months, however the overall value of the contract will not exceed £50,000.

The South Yorkshire Violence Reduction Unit (SYVRU) requires a series of community working groups to be convened to enable local communities and those with direct experience living in communities adversely affected by serious violence to contribute to the further development of the serious violence strategy in South Yorkshire. In taking an inclusive approach to developing the South Yorkshire Violence Reduction Response strategy the SYVRU is adopting a co-design approach to help root the strategy with local people and communities through their meaningful participation in its development. SYVRU is looking for a provider to host community-working groups consisting of 8-10 people in at least twenty areas.

WYP are looking to award contract to a TRiM training provider for an initial 2 year period with two further options to extend for 12 months (2+1+1). WYP anticipate that the contract will be awarded around October 2022, with initial training courses starting after a brief mobilisation period. The ultimate purpose of the contract is to help to deliver a sustainable TRiM support offering to the employees of WYP in the longer term. It should secure the provision of consistent TRiM delivery by training TRiM volunteers in understanding likely reactions to traumatic incidents and the completion of risk assessments. The Combined Authority (CA) is advertising a tender on behalf of West Yorkshire Police (WYP) for the provision of Coaching for Senior Police National Assessment centre (SPNAC) and Police Fast Track National Assessment Centre (NAC) The purpose of the contract is to provide support, guidance and practice to all individuals who will be attending: 1. Lot 1 The College of Policing Senior Police National Assessment Centre (police officers and police staff) 2. Lot 2 The College of Policing Fast Track National Assessment Centre (police officers) The overall aim of SPNAC and Fast Track Coaching is to increase the success rate of candidates at the Assessment Centres. It is imperative that the provider has significant knowledge in this coaching and delivered previously. We would anticipate that a provider may be able to supply an off the shelf package having previously delivered this type of coaching for both aspects, however we would wish to work with the provider to tailor requirements to suit if necessary. The project is a re-tender of a service to provide routine and reactive cleaning services to the Yorkshire and the Humber Police Forces, with the resulting framework being open for use by other bluelight services within the region. The Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for North Yorkshire (PFCC) is inviting organisations to tender to provide Counselling / Talking Therapy and Anger Management Support services to victims of crime and those in need of anger management support across North Yorkshire and City of York. The aim is for the victims to be able to either support themselves independently, or be supported through an appropriate peer support network by the end of the provision. This is provision for Counselling/Talking Therapy for adults and young persons and anger management across the North Yorkshire County. The tender is spilt into 4 geographical Lots with regard to Adults and one Lot for Young Persons. Funding has been calculated on historical data however trend analysis has shown an increase in demand for services over the last 4 years therefore this has been taken into consideration when advertising the tender. However, there is no guarantee of volume or commitment under the subsequent contract. It is a condition of the contract that DBS enhanced level clearance and NPPV Level 2 Abbreviated vetting is in place prior to implementation of the contract. Where staff are accessing the CMS, NPPV Level 2 Full will be required.

West Yorkshire Police (WYP) would like to secure the provision of a provider to supply and carry out regular servicing of Feminine Hygiene Units, these are required for use by Officers and Staff working at various Police locations across the Yorkshire Region. The successful bidder will be required to Deliver & Install Sanitary Disposal Bins and carry out monthly servicing ensuring all Sanitary Waste is correctly and hygienically disposed of, ensuring equipment is safe, serviceable and in a clean coniditon.

The Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for North Yorkshire (PFCC) is inviting organisations to tender to provide Independent Road Victim Advisor Service (IRVA). The overall objective of the IRVA Service is to enable those impacted by non-criminal road traffic collisions (RTCs) particularly those bereaved by RTCs and those who are seriously injured, to manage the immediate traumatic impact and help them to cope with everyday life.
