The University of the Highlands and Islands is looking for a supplier to provide Hotel Services at their 4 student residences sites in Inverness, Dornoch, Elgin and Fort William as detailed in the Invitation to Tender. It is expected that these services will be required from November 2025 for an initial period of 3 years, unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Contract, with UHI having the option to extend for a further 2 x 12 months periods following the Initial Term

The named Academic Partners of the University of the Highlands and Islands wish to form a Framework Agreement for the Provision of an External Health and Safety Advisor. The named Academic Partners of the University are: - UHI Argyll - UHI Executive Office - UHI Inverness - UHI Moray - UHI North, West and Hebrides - UHI Perth - Highland Theological College - Sabhal Mòr Ostaig - Scottish Association for Marine Science The Framework Agreement is split into two (2) Lots: Lot 1 – General Health & Safety Lot 2 – Fire Safety Each named Academic Partner may join the Framework Agreement at any time during the Framework Agreement, for some this will be when their existing supply Agreements expire; this means that from the beginning of the Framework Agreement, participation may be phased in.

The Framework Agreement is split into two (2) Lots: Lot 1 - General Project Management and Estates Consultancy Services Lot 2 – Property Consultancy Services For the purpose of clarification, the below partners have access to this Framework Agreement. The University of the Highlands and Islands has a requirement for the renewal of its web content management system. It should be noted that this requirement is being procured by the University of the Highlands and Islands, on behalf of all UHI Academic Partners.

The Contractor shall be required to provide internet coverage for the University, and afford ‘guests’ the ability to book a room via direct bookings and online travel agents. The Contractor shall be responsible for managing online booking services on behalf of the University. Responsibilities shall include, but shall not be limited to: - Updating of rates (only when requested by the University) and availability - Advertising promotions - Content management - Dealing with guest requests and providing phone support - Liaise with all Booking Channels and report no shows and cancellations to avoid excess commission charges - Facilitating and processing all guest payments on behalf of the University and facilitating the transfer of funds to a nominated bank account by the University - Providing accurate information to all guests in relation to facilities at the property (such as, but not limited to: check-in/out times, reception opening hours and payment information). - Liaise with the University throughout the process from point of referral through to the Guest check in

The University of the Highlands and Islands have a requirement for the Provision of an Integrated Student Admissions Solution for all Academic Partners of the University of the Highlands and Islands. It should be noted that this requirement is being procured by the University of the Highlands and Islands, on behalf of all UHI Academic Partners.

The merged college will have access to the System.

The named Academic Partners of the University of the Highlands and Islands wish to form a sole supplier Framework Agreement for the Provision of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for staff and students. For the purpose of clarification, the below partners have access to this Framework Agreement. It should be noted that partners have the option to purchase requirements outside of this Framework Agreement and are not obligated to use the Framework Agreement. - UHI Argyll - UHI Executive Office - UHI Inverness - UHI Moray - UHI North Highland - UHI Outer Hebrides - UHI Perth - UHI West Highland - Highland Theological College - Sabhal Mòr Ostaig - Scottish Association for Marine Science It should be noted that UHI North Highland, UHI Outer Hebrides and UHI West Highland are expected to merge into one institution in the summer of 2023. The Framework Agreement is split into two (2) Lots. Lot 1 is for PAT Testing and Lot 2 is for Fixed Wire Testing. For the purpose of clarification, the below partners have access to this Framework Agreement. It should be noted that partners have the option to purchase requirements outside of this Framework Agreement and are not obligated to use the Framework Agreement. - UHI Inverness - UHI North Highland - UHI Outer Hebrides - UHI West Highland - Sabhal Mòr Ostaig It should be noted that UHI North Highland, UHI Outer Hebrides and UHI West Highland are expected to merge into one institution in the summer of 2023. In the event this merger takes place, the newly formed institution will have access to this Framework Agreement. Each named Academic Partner may join the Framework Agreement at any time during the Framework Agreement, for some this will be when their existing supply Agreements expire; this means that from the beginning of the Framework Agreement, participation may be phased in. Please note that this procurement exercise is split into two (2) Lots: Lot 1 – PAT Testing Lot 2 – Fixed Wire Testing The Authority intends to appoint a maximum of one (1) Contractor to each Lot. Tenderers can tender for one and/or multiple Lots. Tenderers should indicate which Lot(s) they are tendering for in the Single Procurement Document (SPD). Tender responses will be evaluated on a Lot by Lot basis. The Tenderer can tender for one or multiple lots as long as they have the capacity and capability to meet the specification of requirements.
