UEA is seeking to appoint a reputable company with a proven track record in directly managing and delivering technically demanding Facilities Management services to similar organisations. The scope of Facilities Management Services required includes Integrated Facilities Management for its properties and the Quadram Institute managed by Quadram Institute Partners (QIP), designed to deliver the optimal value for money (VFM) solution.
It is anticipated that all services will be underpinned by technology, and robust policies and procedures, which will at all times reflect good industry practice within an environment of continuous improvement.
