3.1 Abri are seeking the provision of suitably experienced and accredited contractor(s) to manage all aspects of waste collection and disposal from various sites across Abri’s current and growing geography. This is to include but not be limited to; provision of the waste receptacles, regular collections and transportation of the waste to recycling / disposal and reporting provisions.
The following waste streams are available under this Tender, each waste stream will form its own Lot will constitute individual contracts and include:

Lot 2 – Green Waste (Sub Lots Available)
Lot 3 – Scrap Metal (Sub Lots Available)

Starting on the 23rd of September at 12:0Noon Abri will launch a tender to locate a supplier to cover the following requirements:
Post combination with Silva, there are 12 main entities within the Abri group. Using around 159 bank accounts which it currently operates. Most are wholly owned, however some are Joint Ventures. 139 accounts are sinking funds which are used for major estate or building repairs. These accounts are funded by leaseholders and from accounts within the group which collect rent.
Abri use Open Accounts accounting system and EBIS, Open Housing and Selfserve for invoice approvals, which then feeds into Open accounts in order to create payment runs for invoices due and approved.
Payment and collection types including transaction volumes are included in Appendix A. The group is not directly exposed to exchange rate movements in any currency
The Group has separate receivable and payables accounts. There are same entity sweeps daily to zero balance the receivable accounts and payable accounts with funds sweeping to the main accounts for Abri and Swaythling, however there is no cash pooling or sweeping between entity accounts currently
Currently Abri use the bank online portal’s to obtain bank statements for most of the accounts with some being sent via email where an entity is not a party to the online banking platform.

Abri is seeking to appoint a partner to deliver ongoing support, maintenance and hosting services for its existing website, abri.co.uk, and associated brand microsites created within the same environment, using existing technology and architecture. Framework for (A) Roofing Services and/or (B) Scaffolding Works - 2026/2030
Abri is seeking a framework of efficient, competent, experienced and third party accredited contractors for the provision of:
(A) Roofing replacement, repairs and related minor works; and/or
(B) Scaffolding Works, to create and maintain safe homes for our customers across our operating area.
The roofing frameworks will have a commitment to quality, sustainability and efficiency to install and maintain roofing across our portfolio of our domestic assets whilst Abri is also seeking a framework of efficient, competent, experienced and third-party accredited contractors for the provision of scaffolding services that will be separate to the above detailed roofing services. Some additional work may be required at corporate sites throughout the life of the frameworks.

Only supplier(s) able to meet all requirements detailed in
the Specification will be considered term partnership with an experienced and capable signage supplier(s) to provide internal and external signage across our current estate and future newbuild developments.
This tender consists of two (2) Lots:
