TRP is inviting tenders for provision of retail fit out works. The scope of works is for the fit-out of an existing purpose-built retail unit within the Hyde Park Boathouse, Serpentine Road, Hyde Park, London W2 2UH. The total footprint for the retail fit out works is 83 sqm. The retail fit out works comprise of: -Demolitions; -A joinery package consisting of retail display fixtures and cash desk modules; -Signage and marketing equipment; -Entrance barrier matting; -Lighting, extension of power and data, audio and visual equipment; -Retail operational equipment; and -Back of house stock racking.
