TRP is inviting tenders for provision of retail fit out works. The scope of works is for the fit-out of an existing purpose-built retail unit within the Hyde Park Boathouse, Serpentine Road, Hyde Park, London W2 2UH. The total footprint for the retail fit out works is 83 sqm. The retail fit out works comprise of: -Demolitions; -A joinery package consisting of retail display fixtures and cash desk modules; -Signage and marketing equipment; -Entrance barrier matting; -Lighting, extension of power and data, audio and visual equipment; -Retail operational equipment; and -Back of house stock racking. TRP is working with Rawls retail and design specialists (as Principal Designer),, on the detailed design, scope, delivery and requirements for the retail fit out works. The successful Bidder will work closely with Rawls and TRP to deliver the retail fit out works. TRP require the retail fit out works to be completed by Friday 9 June 2023. A key requirement of this tender is for Bidders to commit to the required completion date. Should any Bidder have any major concerns with the required completion date this should be raised during Clarifications. All Bidders must visit the works site prior to submitting a tender. No claim will be accepted through failure of the Bidder to consider all site implications. Site visits will be held on Tuesday 7 March 2023 between 16:00 and 18:00 - names of attendees must be provided via the Delta e-tendering messaging system by 14:00 on 7th March.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
