The Riverside Group (TRG) are seeking to procure a strategic Customer Relationship and Case Management (CRCM) solution for use in effectively supporting operational delivery of care and support to customers nationwide.

The Riverside Group Limited (TRG) invited tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors in relation to entering into an agreement (the Contract) to provide the services of suitable contractor for heat network metering and billing services across our geographical areas of operation . The Goods & Services for The work includes but is not limited to:
Source, install and commission energy meter and heat payment meters, associated equipment and systems. Operate, Service, maintain and provide continuous service to current HNMBR and associated regulatory compliance requirements. Heat Metering & Billing Services
The purpose of this document is to give detailed guidance on the requirements for the annual inspection/service and maintenance of all Lightning Protection Systems and Fall Protection Systems across the groups stock inclusive of annual service and force test.
This tender covers both The Riverside Group (TRG) and One Housing Group (OHG) part of TRG.
We will appoint 1 contractor per lot to deliver these services across TRG/OHG Nationally.
The tender is being broken into 2 lots:
Lot 1 - Fixed Fall Protection - Service, Maintenance and Repair - National
Lot 2 - Lightning Protection - Service, Maintenance and Repair - National
You can bid for one or both lots and can win one or both lots. If bidding for both lots you can offer a % discount if you win both lots.
TRG and OHG wish to appoint the services of a supplier to provide the following credit checks and debt investigation of potential and existing customers
New Applicants
o Check affordability based on low-income profile traffic light rating on customers (red, amber, green) supplier to provide details of what each colour represents
o Check ID
o Address check to ensure applicant is fully disclosing all previous addresses. Suppliers check if any CCJ's or former social housing tenant arrears
It is anticipated that the lettings team for TRG and OHG combined will require approx. 350 searches per month.
Debt Recovery
o Tracing Former Tenants to enable TRG and OHG to pursue the debt with our in-house team.
o Trace will include the following information:
o Forwarding address,
o phone number
o email address
o Last known dates at current address.
It is anticipated that the Debt Recovery team for TRG and OHG will require a batch trace of either, approx. 300. searches per month, or approx. 900 searches be done every 3 months, this list will be updated on a quarterly basis however this number may vary and to be reviewed on a 6 monthly basis.
TRG have circa 50 user accounts and OHG have circa 50 user accounts, and at present it is anticipated that we will require approx. 4,500 searches annually. However, this may increase or decrease in the future. (Suppliers to provide details of cost per licence)
The Riverside Group has a significant Cladding programme following government guidance and implementing fire safety assessments. We have circa 22 blocks/cores that need cladding. In practical terms this translates to multiple blocks of varying heights, which require some form of remediation.
It's envisaged that The Riverside Group will be utilising the new PAS9980 approach to all projects, and this outline scope will then be developed further and concluded within the PCSA stage.
The contractor will have full design responsibility for their design and the works will be instructed under a JCT design and build contract 2016 with amendments.
The predicted spend (but not guaranteed) is estimated at £300million over a four-year period. As the detailed scope of works is currently unknown for many of the sites, The Riverside Group will need to engage with the appointed Framework contractors to help develop the very complex type of work, enabling the correct solution to be delivered.
Each remediation project is different and can range from £4m up to and over £15m and vary greatly in the required works.
The Riverside Group wishes to establish a Framework Agreement with Works Contractors who can deliver the required works on this varied programme.
It is anticipated that a maximum of 5 Contractors will be appointed to the framework, though Riverside reserve the right to amend this subject to requirements. Under the Framework Agreement there will be the option to call-off contracts either by mini competition or direct award, as outlined in the Framework Agreement (Document G).
Applicants should note that, under the Framework Agreement, no organisation that is entitled to call off shall be under any obligation to do so.
The Riverside Group seeks a contractor to complete door replacement and installation of a new door entry system at several properties in Hulme, Manchester. The works are subject to Section 20.
Riverside Group (Riverside) wishes to appoint a framework of consultants who will have the experience and capability to deliver Fire consultancy services to High Risk Residential Buildings (HRRB) across the whole of England as expressed within these tender documents. This will allow Riverside to meet its compliance responsibilities in accordance with fire safety. The specification outlines the requirement for all services required under the framework.
The framework will include the below workstreams:

We will appoint the top scoring 3 suppliers per lot to the framework.
Riverside would like to request a quotation for a period of consultancy, culminating in the creation of a strategy document ready for submission to Executive Directors and thereafter to Group Board, with the aim of being approved by the end of the financial year (end of March).
The strategy document should set out a vision for Information Services at Riverside, a framework that structures the approach, and a roadmap to implement the strategy, including an initial set of prioritised use cases through which business value can be delivered during implementation. In drafting the document, it's expected that the successful responder will leverage their broader experience (both within and outside the housing sector) to advise on best practice and ensure an appropriate level of ambition is applied.
The Riverside Group is seeking to procure a new Website to be powered by a composable Digital Experience Platform (DXP). The new website shall reflect the newly combined business of The Riverside Group and One Housing Group and shall align with the ambitions outlined in our Corporate Plan and Digital Strategy.
The Riverside Group is undertaking this procurement under the further competition procedure of the EEM IT Reseller Framework.
The call-off contract duration will be for 3 years with the option to extend by two years in blocks of 12 months each.

This Further competition is for the provision of Tax Advice and related services covering all areas of taxation but principally; Corporation Tax, Value Added Tax, CIS, Property Taxes and Employment Taxes.
Additionally, this Further competition is for the provision of non-audit financial consultancy services as required by TRGL.
TRGL requires that it is fully tax compliant whilst also utilising opportunities presented by the Group structure to be tax efficient.
The provider of tax and non-audit services should ensure that Riverside implements best practice and operates effective tax controls.
Riverside requires that the provider will assist in developing, keeping up to date (and improving where possible) it's a best practice tax strategy and additionally add value by supporting elements of TRGL Corporate Plan
Proactive identification of tax risks and opportunities should form an integral part of the service offer.
The provider will be required to offer a range of non-audit services, through named contacts who will deliver high levels of professional expertise in key areas.
The expectation is that the provider will be cognisant of changes in tax legislation and will proactively advise Riverside of potential risks and opportunities resulting from the changes and take any actions necessary to ensure Riverside remains both tax compliant and efficient.
The Riverside Group are looking for Cyber insurance policy with a ?10M indemnity limit to cover aspects such as;
- Data breaches.
- Loss, corruption, destruction or theft of data.
- Spread or presence of malware.
- Any loss, fines, legal and liability costs associated with a Cyber Act or Incident such as malware attack, denial of service, etc.
- Costs and handling of ransomware payments.
- Offer expertise on any improvement areas or training and support to avoid Cyber Incidents.
- Loss related to increased cost of working and business interruption.
- Forensics, investigation and other post incident costs.
- Data Restoration and reputational assistance.
The Riverside Group (TRG) are tendering for Fuel Card Services. TRG currently has around 730 Fuel Cards in operation. It has been identified that there will be a future requirement of 870 cards.
The cards will cover Fuel and fluids, including oil and ad-blu. Tolls and congestion charging should also be able to be charged to the card.. Vehicle washes will be permitted on the cards, and suppliers will be requested for a list of locations of these as part of their response.
As there is a growing electric fleet in TRG, suppliers will be asked to provide detail of the ability for EV charging on the cards.
The Riverside Group are looking to source a Fleet Management Application
Fleet numbers have continued to increase considerably with an expectation of further additions for which we will need a more robust system of fleet management.
The fleet management system will enable business support functions to record fleet data in a consistent and transparent way, reducing the requirement for manual / excel records in various formats to be maintained.
This is a standalone system which will not be required to interface with Riverside systems.
There are approximately 800 vehicles within the TRG fleet, which will need to be incorporated onto this system.
