For the Provision of General Insurance & Related Services to The Guinness Partnership and subsidiary organisations \r \r The term of the Contract will commence with cover inception on 1 June 2023, the duration of the contract is expected to be for a period of three years (or periods of insurance) from 1 June 2023. We build and manage homes and provide housing services for around 140,000 customers. \r Guinness are conducting a procurement process to appoint a provider to conduct customer surveys on our behalf. The contract will be for a period of three years with an option to extend for a further two years subject to performance and value for money.\r The surveys will include circa 700 transactional surveys to be conducted by email on a daily or weekly basis and circa 700 surveys in accordance with the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) set by the Regulator and a smaller number of other surveys covering general perceptions of Guinness. Guinness require a reactive pest control service for the eradication and prevention of pests across our properties and locations, both in communal areas, within resident properties and in unoccupied properties. On schemes where certain environmental factors present an increased likelihood of pest problems such as markets and canals, a proactive scheduled service will be required, with no fewer than 12 visits per annum / once per month. The service shall control, if not eradicate all pests from site, including the removal of dead creatures.\r \r The Supplier shall treat the property until successful eradication with a maximum number of three visits, with the first treatment taking place at the initial survey. Further visits shall be agreed with TGP following receipt of further works recommendation reports.\r \r The supplier will be expected to make temporary preventative repairs to the internal and external structure of a property where a building defect has been identified as a contributing factor to the pest concerns at the scheme.\r \r This framework is being procured by Guinness for and on behalf of the following entities ("Other Users") who will all be entitled to conclude contracts based on this framework agreement:\r - Any and all subsidiaries and entities within Guinness' group of societies and companies ("the Guinness Group"),\r - Social housing providers in the UK (both those that are in existence now and those that may be in existence in the future) - 'Social Housing Provider' for this purpose means any provider of social housing and includes, without limitation, registered providers which are listed on the regulator of social housing website and ALMOs and local authorities with retained social housing.
