The Guinness Partnership Limited, together with its appointed managing agent ProcurePublic Limited, is awarding a single-lot framework for the provision of cleaning and associated services. The framework covers communal cleaning, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and the removal of bulk waste for residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings.
The framework supports both planned scheduled services and reactive requirements, ensuring safe, clean, and well-maintained environments for residents and building users. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Communal Cleaning
Routine, periodic, and reactive cleaning of shared areas
Cleaning of entranceways, corridors, stairwells, lifts, and lobbies
Deep cleans and enhanced hygiene requirements
Cleaning of hard floors, carpets, and mats
Cleaning of communal kitchens, laundries, and amenity rooms
Bin store and refuse area hygiene
High-level dusting and environmental hygiene
Emergency cleaning and responsive attendance
Window Cleaning
Internal and external window cleaning
Abseil, cradle, MEWP, and pole-fed cleaning methods

The framework will be available for use by all UK public sector contracting authorities.
The Guinness Partnership Limited (Guinness) and all of our subsidiaries have a requirement for a supplier to provide a contact centre service outside of the operating hours of our in house contact centre. The service is required to offer our residents 24/7/365 access to a telephone service in an emergency situation with immediate risk to health and safety. The out of hours service is required during the hours of 8pm to 8am Monday to Friday and from 8pm on Friday through to 8am on Monday and includes all public holidays. The supplier will also be required to provide cover during normal working hours in the event that Guinness are unable to take calls.
It is possible during the contract that the supplier will be expected to use other forms of communication for example email and web chat
This tender comprises two national lots, both in relation to Asbestos Services/Works, as detailed below:
Lot 1: Asbestos Surveying and Testing Services:
• Carrying out cyclical surveying and re-inspection programmes to fulfil compliance requirements
• Carrying out ad-hoc sampling/survey requests and programmes for planned, void, and responsive works
• Providing survey data and documents to ensure TGP asset management system is updated
• Carrying out air monitoring services following asbestos abatement works
• Leading on asbestos incidents and acting as first point of call to triage incidents
Lot 2: Asbestos Abatement Works:
• Carrying out licensed, notifiable non-licensed, and non-licensed asbestos abatement works for planned, void and responsive works
• Providing completion packs to ensure TGP asset management system can be updated

The supply of gardening equipment and machinery to include: manufacturer warranty, delivery to Guinness location and all user guides and training manuals
The provision of a removal and storage service in the Southeast and South Coast for The Guinness Partnership's residents belongings when they are temporarily moved out of their property. A packing service may also be required.

The Guinness Partnership is publishing this VEAT notice to confirm its intention to award contracts to Stanmore Contractors Ltd. and PRP Architects LLP to design and undertake urgent external wall system and balcony remediation works. These will be to remove and replace the existing non-compliant external wall system, balconies and associated elements at four buildings in the Tower Hamlets Borough of East London. To address the urgent requirements and ensure building safety of high rise buildings, the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) is providing funding for this project via its Building Safety Fund (BSF). It was a requirement of the grant funding award that bidders identify contractors as part of their funding submissions. Deadlines for submissions did not enable a full tender process to be conducted.
