Supply and installation of a HVAC system to the main hall in the Watson Hall, Barton Street, Tewkesbury. Additional quotes required for an additional small room and corridor area. Tewkesbury Town Council require a Facilities Management Team to provide the following: • Caretaking and cleaning services to two venues in Tewkesbury - approximately 42 hours per week. • Caretaking and cleaning services to two public toilet blocks (morning or evening clean, plus midday check). Including maintaining stock levels for consumables - approximately 16 hours per week. • Three play parks - visual inspection and littering and bin emptying - approximately and land maintenance on the Severn Ham - approximately 6 hours per week. Additional services required: • Garden maintenance at three locations and upkeep of land at the Back of Avon and moorings locations. • Source materials and order stock from suppliers . • Ad hoc repair and maintenance to Town Council properties, including moorings, as well as collection of materials from suppliers. • Fire alarm testing and visual risk assessments and raising issues found. • Any other ad hoc duties that the Town Council may require, within the service hours. Risk assessments and other admin work associated with managing the contract. • Use of a vehicle is essential. Services are required 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Hours are regularly required at weekends and late evenings and early mornings to open, close and clean venues. The ability to quickly attend call outs (within half an hour) is a requirement of the contract. Total contract is for 90 hours per week. Playhut with sides and desk for under 5s, must be wooden. Four seat and table option in wood for under 5s. Wooden pony springer and wooden mule springer. Sand coloured tipi carousel Sand coloured spinner bowl 2 x curved pine benches 1 x curved pine bench and 1 x straight pine bench To include all safety matting, installation of equipment and benches, heras fencing during works and any additional installation costs, site welfare facilities, delivery charges, and an initial playground inspection on completion.
