Tewkesbury Town Council require a Facilities Management Team to provide the following: • Caretaking and cleaning services to two venues in Tewkesbury - approximately 42 hours per week. • Caretaking and cleaning services to two public toilet blocks (morning or evening clean, plus midday check). Including maintaining stock levels for consumables - approximately 16 hours per week. • Three play parks - visual inspection and littering and bin emptying - approximately and land maintenance on the Severn Ham - approximately 6 hours per week. Additional services required: • Garden maintenance at three locations and upkeep of land at the Back of Avon and moorings locations. • Source materials and order stock from suppliers . • Ad hoc repair and maintenance to Town Council properties, including moorings, as well as collection of materials from suppliers. • Fire alarm testing and visual risk assessments and raising issues found. • Any other ad hoc duties that the Town Council may require, within the service hours. Risk assessments and other admin work associated with managing the contract. • Use of a vehicle is essential. Services are required 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Hours are regularly required at weekends and late evenings and early mornings to open, close and clean venues. The ability to quickly attend call outs (within half an hour) is a requirement of the contract. Total contract is for 90 hours per week.
