The Governments of Jersey and Guernsey are seeking the interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the provision of fixed-wing medical Air Ambulance services. The purpose of this Preliminary Market Engagement stage is to assess market capabilities, feasibility of different service models, and to gather information that will inform the future tender process. Any information gathered through this market consultation exercise will inform internal business planning and any possible subsequent procurement process and will NOT be appraised in any future tender evaluation exercise. Please note that participation or non-participation in this preliminary market consultation exercise shall not prevent any supplier from participating in any potential procurement process, nor is it intended that any information supplied shall place any supplier at an advantage or disadvantage in any forthcoming procurement process. For the avoidance of doubt, this is the scoping phase of the project and is not part of a formal procurement process. If this is of interest to your organisation please register via the Government of Jersey procurement portal Supplier registration (due-north.com). Registration is free. Once registered you will be able to access the published Preliminary Market Engagement information, confirm interest and upload a response to the market questionnaire. Please note this is not a call for competition. The Government of Jersey (GoJ) and the States of Guernsey (SoG) are seeking to replace their existing Offender Case Management Systems by September 2026. As part of our early market engagement, we are issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather insight from the market. The purpose of this RFI is to: Understand the range of potential solutions available; Assess how different solutions align with our requirements; Gain insight into indicative implementation timescales and costs; Inform our procurement strategy and route to market; Identify suppliers with relevant experience and capability. We invite you to review the RFI and respond with information about your solution(s), experience, and any other relevant details. This is not a formal procurement process, and no supporting documentation (e.g. financial accounts or certificates) is required at this stage. However, we may request further clarification or documentation at a later point. Your input will help shape our approach to procuring a modern, effective Offender Case Management System. We look forward to your participation.
