The Government of Jersey (GoJ) and the States of Guernsey (SoG) are seeking to replace their existing Offender Case Management Systems by September 2026. As part of our early market engagement, we are issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather insight from the market. The purpose of this RFI is to: Understand the range of potential solutions available; Assess how different solutions align with our requirements; Gain insight into indicative implementation timescales and costs; Inform our procurement strategy and route to market; Identify suppliers with relevant experience and capability. We invite you to review the RFI and respond with information about your solution(s), experience, and any other relevant details. This is not a formal procurement process, and no supporting documentation (e.g. financial accounts or certificates) is required at this stage. However, we may request further clarification or documentation at a later point. Your input will help shape our approach to procuring a modern, effective Offender Case Management System. We look forward to your participation.
