Works to voids, responsive repairs, and general building works which our in-house contractors are unable to fulfil.

This contract is required to accommodate and support SLHD’s Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) (also known as the In House Team) in terms of capacity for carrying out standard works/common responsive repairs, as well as facilitate delivery of non-standard works, which might fall outside of scope of regular cycle of repairs and be considered “specialist” works.
