The Council requires a detailed bespoke Leadership Programme for all social care provisions across Southend-on-Sea, resulting in all participants receiving accreditation through a university/institute that is endorsed by Skills for Care. \r
The Provider must deliver an in person face-to-face programme for up to 36 Social Care Leaders. The room will be provided by the Council and will be in Southend-on-Sea. \r
The Provider will deliver a programme that includes but is not limited to the following: \r

• Management and Leadership skills and professional confidence\r

Lot 1 - is for the appointment of a qualified and experienced contractor to carry out Risk Assessments, regular water sampling and testing, and treatment and remedial works required to the Council's public buildings including toilets, parks, ponds and fountains in accordance with the approved code of practice and guidance for the control of Legionella bacteria in water systems ACOP L8. This service will include a 1 hour call out requirement to quickly resolve operational failures. These services will be carried out under a JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 Edition.
