South Staffordshire District Council ("SSDC" or "the Council") is proposing to enter into a contract with a Contractor for the provision of facilities management services at the Council's main building the Codsall Community Hub.
The Contractor will be required to carry out 3,6,9 and 12 monthly inspections of various mechanical and electrical plant, undertake servicing in accordance with recommendations and carry out any maintenance and repairs required.
The Contractor will also be required to provide a call out service in both emergency and non-emergency situations.
For emergency call outs it is expected that the Contractor will attend the site within 2 hours and cover 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

South Staffordshire District Council ("SSDC") operates four Leisure Centres. SSDC has a wish to provide a holiday programme to young people. In recent years an operator on behalf of SSDC has ran holiday activity programmes from 2 of the 4 centres. The Council is keen to continue these programmes and potentially expand to the other 2 facilities where possible.
SSDC is now looking to test the market to ensure best value. As such, it is now looking to refresh and deliver an innovative and exciting new holiday programme. The programme will be delivered largely by utilising the dry side facilities however, some access to swimming pools can be arranged to accommodate activities. If pool(s) are used, then SSDCs adult/child ratios and NOP requirements must be observed.
SSDC are looking for Ofsted registered Providers who can offer an exciting and innovative range of extended enrichment activities and courses for children and young people to participate in a wide range of enrichment, physical activity, sport and learn new skills. Provision must be in each school holiday as listed:
• February Half Term (1 week)
• Easter Holidays (2 weeks)
• Whitsun (1 week)
• Summer Holidays (generally 6 weeks)
• October (1 week)

The Council is seeking a new contract in hybrid mail solutions for services across the whole of the Council with the majority of the anticipated work coming from the Revenues and Benefits team.

The Council is seeking bidders who can provide and undertake the on-going maintenance of the fleet of Street Scene Vehicles. The Council wishes to establish an Agreement for the provision and maintenance of vehicles. It is intended that a single Provider will be awarded to provide the services required. Tenderers should be able to maintain the full range of Vehicles.
The Contractor will be required to provide servicing and safety checks to the Vehicle Fleet, provide preventative and reactive maintenance to Vehicle Fleet, undertake the preparation of vehicles for O Licence testing/plating and MOT test (where necessary), plan for and present vehicles at the appropriate Test Centres, ensure a minimum 100% first time pass rate for O Licence and MOT tests and ensure sufficient vehicles are available to deliver services within the core service hours (Monday to Friday, 7:0am - 3:30pm & 7.00AM - 12 Noon Saturday)
