Water Hygiene Services Overview The College intends to enter into a Contract with an appropriately qualified and experienced Contractor for the provision of high quality Water Hygiene Services to the College covering: o The Contractor shall provide the Service throughout the Contract Period to the Contract Standard and in a professional, efficient, effective and safe manner, to the reasonable satisfaction of the Employer. o The Contractor shall provide the Service at all times in such a manner as shall promote and enhance the image and reputation of the Employer. o The Contractor shall employ sufficient staff to ensure that the Service is provided at all times and in all respects to the Contract Standard. The duties shall include, but not exclusively, the following: o Hot and Cold Water System Tests on Annual, Half-Annual, Quarterly and Monthly programmes including: - Set-up Costs comprising initial Risk Assessments based on historic data held by the College, initial review and subsequent interim reviews following minor works as required for the duration of the contract), Equipment Labelling and provision of hard / paper and electronic based log books. - Regular Testing to an agreed and specification compliant programme to cold water storage systems; calorifiers and water heaters; point-of-use water heaters, reels, showers, vending machines, taps (faucets and outlets) on hot and system-fed or mains-fed supplies and drinking fountains. o Heating System Inhibitor Tests on Annual, Half-Annual, and Quarterly programmes including: - Set-up Costs comprising initial Risk Assessments based on historic data held by the College, initial inspection complete with system drain down and refill and initial chemical treatment fill, Equipment Labelling and provision of hard / paper and electronic based log books. - Regular Testing to an agreed and specification compliant programme to hot water systems including chemical treatment topping-up and water temperature monitoring Statutory Bodies: The contractor shall liaise with any other statuary bodies as required. The College require a fit for purpose comprehensive and cloud-based Finance System solution. Tenderers should be able to demonstrate that the system has been successfully used in similar sized organisations, ideally in the Further Education sector, and that there is high quality end user support. It is expected that the supplier will be committed to research and development of the system throughout the 3-year contract, to keep pace with technological and financial developments and that upgrades to the system and user-customised screens can take place with minimal disruption.

OVERVIEW Introduction: The Sheffield College wishes to engage an appropriately qualified and experienced Contractor to provide high quality Catering Equipment Service and Repairs Works to the College. Outline Contract Objectives:Contractors will be expected to assist the College in creating and maintaining a safe and clean environment for all students, staff, visitors and contractors, property and buildings whilst within or situated on, College premises by undertaking Catering Equipment Services and Repairs. Contract Period: It is proposed that the Contract will be for an initial 3 year term with options to extend for a further 2 years on an annual review. It is expected that the contract will commence at an agreed date in January 2025 Contract Price; It is expected that the price will be fixed for the initial 3 year term adjusted as per the Pricing Schedules submitted at tender. The Sheffield College (The College) wishes to tender for Catering Provision to include but not limited to Frozen, Fresh, Bottled and Cans Products and Confectionary with a contract duration of 3 years. The College is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to deliver a CCTV upgrade within the Granville Road Towers at City Campus. The works include the supply, installation, configuration and commissioning of approximately 120 IP-based CCTV cameras, together with associated cabling infrastructure, recording hardware and integration with the College’s security control room. The project is driven by safeguarding, security and operational resilience requirements. The solution must provide high-quality image capture, reliable recording, secure system access and the ability to support incident investigation and evidential requirements. The system must be scalable to support potential future expansion across additional College sites, subject to future funding.
