PfH intends to establish a Dynamic Market for roofing repairs. The DM will be divided into lots and is expected to operate nationally, with possible regional lots. The DM is likely to cover roofing repairs, including the installation of bitumen-based, liquid & single ply roofing systems and associated works. The DM will be divided into lots which will be set out in the Tender Notice.
Whilst a Dynamic Market is the option being considered currently, an Open or Closed Framework may also be used to deliver this requirement.

PfH intends to establish a framework agreement for Interior Decorating and Furnishing Solutions. The Framework is expected to include:
• Retail Decorative Solutions - redeemable decorative solutions such as paper voucher, card, electronic point of sale voucher, magnetic strip card, e-voucher etc. in varying denominations, made available to PfH members via multiple platforms to subsequently enable end-users to purchase decorative products such as paint, woodwork treatment, wall coverings, decorative cleaning materials, furnishings, decorative tools and equipment, decorative sundries and associated decorating products.
• Trade Decorative Solutions - provision of paint and associated products and services such as internal paints, masonry, and other external paints and coatings, specialist paints, wallpapers, sundries and associated materials as required.
• Furniture - includes lounge furniture, dining room furniture, bedroom furniture and beds, all in varying materials and finishes. As well as this, members will also be able to purchase textile articles i.e. curtains, blinds, bed linen, and towels.
• Flooring – including soft surface and hard surface flooring; underlay, carpet, wood, wood effect, non-slip flooring, grip matting, gripper rods, area rugs, tile, laminate, covering natural stone, marble, ceramic and porcelain vinyl, and miscellaneous such as cork and rubber. Suppliers will consult with members and tenants and offer a design service as well as post-fitting cleaning and disposal of old

Construction Services & Works for the Public Sector - Market Engagement
Prior Information Notice.
Procurement for Housing is seeking to engage with multi-discipline construction consultancy providers, and multi-discipline construction contractors with the ability to deliver projects throughout England, Wales, and Northern Ireland in preparation for the procurement of a new Public Sector framework.
Procurement for Housing is seeking to establish an end-to-end single framework solution where consultancy and construction partners can work together to identify and deliver project pipelines in line with the Construction Gold Standard. The framework will be accessible by all public sector bodies, and as such Procurement for Housing are seeking to engage with consultants and contractors that have the experience and capability to deliver a wide range of projects, to a wide range of buying organisation within the Public Sector.

Procurement for Housing aim to launch the procurement of the new framework in early February 2025 and would like to speak to interested parties throughout January 2025.
Procurement for Housing are seeking to engage with suitable and experienced Contractors able to carry out the servicing, repair and maintenance of renewable technologies including:-
- Air Source Heat Pumps.
- Ground Source Heat Pumps.
- Mechanical Ventilation and Heat Recovery Systems.
- Unvented Cylinders.
- Solar PV.
We are looking for contractors UK wide who can offer these services in support of all our members with renewable installations.

The current Office and Business Solutions Framework is due to expire in June 2025. It currently covers a range of office based supplies and services including stationery, furniture, PPE, IT equipment and medical kits and accessories.
PfH also have a Janitorial and PPE Framework that is due to expire in April 2025 and a Print Services Framework due to expire in September 2025 (including the extension option).
PfH are currently considering amalgamating these three frameworks into a single multi lot offering for customers to call off all their office based requirements.
Procurement for Housing Planned Works (Scotland) Framework
PfH currently operate two frameworks in Scotland covering planned works. These are are Kitchens, Windows and Doors Framework and
the Whole House Framework.
These frameworks expire in 2025 and will be re-procured under a single Planned Works Framework. The anticipated notice date is
