Prior Information Notice. Procurement for Housing is seeking to engage with multi-discipline construction consultancy providers, and multi-discipline construction contractors with the ability to deliver projects throughout England, Wales, and Northern Ireland in preparation for the procurement of a new Public Sector framework. Procurement for Housing is seeking to establish an end-to-end single framework solution where consultancy and construction partners can work together to identify and deliver project pipelines in line with the Construction Gold Standard. The framework will be accessible by all public sector bodies, and as such Procurement for Housing are seeking to engage with consultants and contractors that have the experience and capability to deliver a wide range of projects, to a wide range of buying organisation within the Public Sector. Procurement for Housing aim to launch the procurement of the new framework in early February 2025 and would like to speak to interested parties throughout January 2025.
