Pool Re Services Limited are conducting early engagement to scope it's Mobile Device Refresh program for the next three years.
Pool Re currently employees 50-60 members of staff, each of whom are equipped with a mobile phone (currently an Apple iPhone)
There is currently not a refresh cycle/program in place, and devices are purchased as and when needed.
We are looking to establish a dedicated Mobile Device Refresh program with the below high-level requirements:
- Refresh devices every five (5) years (or when out of scope for software updates)
- Not brand specific at this time - but specification of device will change during life of contract if new technologies emerge
- If possible - Supplier will be able to recycle old devices, and possibly resell to create a residual value pot.
- Contract to last approx 3 years (with possible extensions) during which time, 80% of devices will be refreshed.
- No deployment needed, as our IT team can deploy devices.

We are looking for a HR platform initially to manage core HR tasks and data, but with the flexibility to add further functionality such as management of recruitment, payroll, learning and development and performance management for an organisation of up to 70 people.
The provision will include a software system and technology to enable appropriate and secure web-based system access that aligns with Pool Re's IT system and controls - with preference of single sign on access.
We have 3 levels of user - Administrator (4 users), Line Managers (16) and Self-Service Users (up to 70).
Key Deliverables are:
Storage and Updates to Personal Data, Employment & Contract Information, Benefits Information, Absence Recording, HR Information Management Reporting, Self Service, Training and Implementation.

Suppliers should provide professional advice on benefits to find cost effective, fully compliant solutions for Pool Re's business needs within the Framework agreement between Pool Re and HM Treasury.

The service proposition should tailor to Pool Re's employment benefits package which currently comprises: Qualifying Workplace Pension Scheme, inc. monthly pension contribution management, auto-enrolment and re-enrolment compliance support, advice to employees / Private medial scheme (closed scheme) / Employee Health Assessments / Life Assurance / Critical Illness / Income Protection / Health Cash Plan / EAP
Within the service provision there should be an ongoing review of benefits to meet changing needs of the workforce, plus benchmarking.
