Platform Housing Limited has appointed a Contractor to carry out a programme of whole-house retrofits using a fabric first approach to install energy efficiency measures (excluding fossil fuels) to improve the Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) of a number of domestic properties located within the West and East Midlands.
Measures to be installed include: Insulation (EWI, CWI, loft), Windows, Doors, Ventilation, Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar PV panels, enabling works.
Appointment of Contractor to carry out a programme of Retrofit Coordinator, Retrofit Assessor and Retrofit Designer services in regards to installing energy efficiency measures (excluding fossil fuels) to improve the Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) of 100 domestic properties located within the West and East Midlands.
