Platform Housing Limited has appointed a Contractor to carry out a programme of whole-house retrofits using a fabric first approach to install energy efficiency measures (excluding fossil fuels) to improve the Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) of a number of domestic properties located within the West and East Midlands. Measures to be installed include: Insulation (EWI, CWI, loft), Windows, Doors, Ventilation, Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar PV panels, enabling works.
