To establish our in‑house legal function, we require an SRA‑compliant case management system. We have assessed multiple providers and secured three quotes. Our preferred solution (LawVu) which is specifically tailored to In-House Legal teams has been endorsed subject to final sign‑off.
Sodali & Co Limited will support Orbit in the role of strategic communications advisers to provide the following scope of services relating to the planning and implementation of an issues management workshop:
Stage one:
• Creation of a corporate positioning statement that aligns with Orbit's vision
• A working session for Orbit and Sodali in London to:
o Review Orbit's business continuity plans (high level) and share lessons learnt from Perry St
o Discuss and agree potential issues scenarios (incident-based e.g. social media post/ rumour inciting hate, similar to Perry Street; a riot; incident requiring lockdown; health and safety incident such as a fire etc.)
o Discuss how Orbit would respond (operationally and reputationally) based on its existing business continuity plans
• The Sodali team to then work these findings up into a workshop to be held at Orbit's office in Coventry with its communications and Silver IMT teams to discuss how the company would respond
• The output from this session would then be developed into two workstreams: the creation of a specific section for Orbit's Issues Management Procedure (communications focused but with operational considerations), and recommendations for the various teams to implement
Stage two:
• Sodali to help design and run a scenario day with Silver IMT to test that the learnings have been factored into internal plans and to identify any gaps
Removing/replacing all existing plasterboard walls, skirtings, architraves and doors
Removing/replacing existing radiators and boiler
Removing/replacing kitchen and bathroom including their floor coverings
Checking electrics (including smoke detectors), producing an electrical report with recommendations and replace/rewire/renew where necessary

Orbit is seeking through this ‘Standard Selection Questionnaire’ to identify suitable capable suppliers to invite to ITT (Invitation to Tender) for the provision of heating and hot water system service and maintenance within our Domestic and Commercial properties which are natural gas fuelled and include;

• Vented and unvented cylinders connected to gas heating sources

BMS service, maintenance, and software management.
Service and Repair for ad hoc Catering Equipment
Licences and support, Workforce management software. This has been in use in Orbit, primarily in Customer Care, for c.4years. The software enables efficient and intelligent workforce planning, scheduling and management of leave, personal development etc. It also facilitates use self-service, leave requests etc. It is integral to running an efficient and effective contact centre operation.
Orbit Group is seeking to appoint contractor(s) to deliver window cleaning services in the Midlands, East & South region. The core output requirements include (but not limited to):-
- External Windows and surrounding areas;
- External Doors and surrounding areas;
- External Surfaces of Porches / Canopies;
- External Glass Canopies;
- Conservatories (where applicable); and
- Glass Rooftop Areas, Rooflights and Skylights (where applicable)
The above services are required across a range of different stock and tenure’s including communal grounds, offices, sheltered and supported accommodation as detailed within the tender documents.
