North East Lincolnshire council have commissioned the delivery of Long Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC) interventions within the borough under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 - Direct Award Process B. 9 GP Surgeries have been awarded an individual contract to deliver the LARC service . The service will be contracted for a period of 58 months from 1st June 2025 to 31st March 2030. The contract value is approximately £220,000 over the 58month period. It is not possible to accurately state the exact value as the GP contracts are demand led. The contract awards have been made following direct award process B under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR)

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by midnight on 8th October 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award a contract for an Integrated Substance Use Treatment and Recovery System under the competitive process of the PSR. The new contract would commence on 3rd November for a duration of 84 months with the option to extend for 3 x 12months. Total possible contract duration is 120months.

The contract is for the provision of expert support, strategic guidance, and accreditation services by the UCL Institute of Health Equity (IHE). This includes co-producing a Marmot Action Plan, embedding health equity into strategic plans and governance, delivering a public engagement campaign, specific input from Michael Marmot and supporting evaluation and impact measurement.

North East Lincolnshire Council (NELC) is seeking a Provider of Local Authority-specific Treasury Advisory services. As NELC provide a Treasury Management Service to Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority (GLCCA) support for that arrangement also forms part of the contract specification

Provision of a Legal Case Management System

North East and North Lincolnshire currently operates a 'Framework Agreement' for Street Lighting Term Maintenance Services. This current agreement expires 31 October 2025 and seeking to establish a new Framework Agreement with a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier for " Street Lighting Term Maintenance" services and other related works. These services would only be required to be provided within the geographic boundaries of North Lincolnshire (NL) and North East Lincolnshire(NEL).

This is an opportunity for the delivery of the development of the Alexandra Dock area in Grimsby. The opportunity includes two contracts: primarily a Development Agreement for Phase 1 of the Scheme, a housing development on Garth Lane; secondly, a Framework Development Agreement under which individual phased Development Agreements for the whole site may (but are not guaranteed) to be directly awarded to the winning developer over a ten year development period provided the developer can demonstrate performance in delivery of Garth Lane (and subsequent phases). Due to the nature of this opportunity, NELC has calculated the value of this opportunity as it would a concession agreement i.e. by reference to an estimate of the likely developer turnover after development of the entire site and not by reference by payments to be made from the Authority to the successful partner. The Authority are seeking to commission an independent SEND Dispute Disagreement Resolution and Mediation Service for parents and carers to d independent disagreement and mediation service in respect of children and young people with special educational needs who are residents of North East Lincolnshire.

We are procuring a winter bird disturbance survey, which its aim is to supplement visitor and desk-based work with detailed ornithological fieldwork. In some parts of the Humber Estuary we know birds are often well away from any sources of disturbance and access levels in some locations are very low. The Works consist of the installation and maintenance of street and car park lighting, illuminated signs and bollards along with the installation and maintenance of seasonal illuminations and other works as required across the borough in North East Lincolnshire (NEL). These comprise of approximately 22 898 Illuminated Units for NEL (these figures are indicative and subject to change) • 20,416 Lighting Columns • 2482 Signs and Bollards • 482 Lighting Columns - Lincolnshire Housing Partnership The Supplier will be required to provide: General Maintenance: Repair of outages to street lights, footpath lights, car park lighting, illuminated traffic signs and bollards, Bulk lamp change, cleaning and maintenance of illuminated traffic signs and bollards and undertake any other programmed maintenance. Additional Maintenance: Minor improvement works and electrical safety testing; Provision and removal of temporary advance works signs and sign plates for pending Highways schemes. Seasonal Illuminations: Provision, installation, removal and maintenance of both Summer and Christmas Illuminations and assistance with official switch-on occasions. Road Safety: Provision of services associated with the installation, maintenance and re-location of Speed Activated signs and Driver Feed Back Signs. Emergency attendance, in the event of unsafe occurrences. Night time scouting and reporting of defective/non-lit equipment. The Supplier may also be required to support during the contract: Capital Works Schemes Renew defective road lighting columns and improvements to public lighting, Improve/ renew road lighting in conjunction with major highway maintenance schemes. North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking tenders for the preparation of an Activity and Interpretation Plan for a heritage project in Grimsby town centre. Due to the short timescales for the project, tenders are being sought in advance of the decision on our development phase funding application. This is to enable the successful consultant to be contracted as soon as possible after Permission to Start, if we are successful. The production of a detailed, costed activity and interpretation plan is required, which should include activity designed to enable better understanding of the architectural and social heritage of the site, as well as the audiences that we want to reach. The Plan will be submitted as part of the bid requirements for the delivery phase of the project.

Following completion of Work Stream 1 the Professional Services Requirements performed under the PSSC, the Employer has entered into the Work Stream 2 contract for completion of the remaining works associated with the structure to be completed. The redacted information includes the contract value. This has been assessed as commercially sensitive under Section 43(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and Clause 94 of the Procurement Act 2023. Disclosure would be likely to prejudice the Council's commercial interests in relation to ongoing exit work associated with the previous contract. Publishing the value at this stage could adversely affect the ongoing transition and negotiations, potentially impacting the Council's ability to secure best value for the public. Therefore, in the public interest, the contract value will remain confidential until the exit process is complete and it is appropriate to release this information.

North East Lincolnshire Council are seeking the services of a suitably qualified contractor to carry out the required works to Cleethorpes Town Hall roof, including lead work, slate roofing and rain water goods repairs and replacements.
