C0919 - D&B Supplier Risk Analytics Tool with ESG module
Software package and information systems - Software for supplier due diligence. Initial term is 12 months with the option to extend for an additional 12 months
Board performance review in compliance with the UK Corporate Governance Code which requires the board to undertake an independent board performance review every 3 years. This will take place in 2025.
NWF has procured two solution(s) to deliver the following service elements as a minimum:
• Provide forecasting market data for Battery Energy Storage System ("BESS") assets via an interactive tool / platform including access to periodic reports;
• Provide outturn revenue data for individual BESS assets and the UK fleet via an interactive tool / platform, split out by each element of the revenue stack. If possible, the solution will also be able to show outturn Optimiser performance;
• Provide web-based platform(s) that NWF can access on demand, manipulate and customise without requirement to engage with the Supplier;
• Provide related onboarding services to deliver a smooth implementation; and
• Provide the necessary ongoing support of the procured services.
The tool(s) / platform(s) provide:
o forecast and outturn data, research and insights for the BESS market in Great Britain (GB), and if possible, for Longer Duration Energy Storage ("LDES");
o standardised pre-built reports / forecasts for the BESS market;
o the ability to produce site-specific revenue forecasts (asset valuations), creating bankable forecasts / valuations.
This notice relates to the second of the two contract awards.
This contract shall commence in April 2025 and the service products shall have a 3 year initial subscription period with the option to extend by a further two years in the form of two optional one year extension periods i.e., a maximum of five years in total.
The value of this contract will range between £316,250 and £544,250 excluding VAT depending on the execution of available extension options. The contract may be extended up until 3 April 2030.
NWF has the option to purchase various additional ancillary services as set out in the contract. The value of such services are not included in the value of this notice. If these are purchased this notice will be updated accordingly.

Kainos smart testing for Workday.
Kainos Smart Test, built exclusively for Workday, enables non-technical users to create repeatable automated tests for Workday modules:- HCM, Security, Financials, Payroll, Recruitment, Advanced Compensation, Talent and Performance, Learning and integrations.
NWF has the option to purchase various additional modules for smart testing of its Workday solution as set out in the contract. The value of such additional services are not included in the value of this notice. If these are purchased this notice will be updated accordingly.
NWF has awarded this contract on the basis of a 2 year agreement with the option to extend for a further year.
