A planned and reactive SPT services is required for the transport of patients to and from agreed addresses, this would be both in-patient to in-patient departments across Trust sites, as well as community locations to and from hospitals. On occasion, this will include out of area moves and repatriations of patients between other NHS Trusts and bed management moves by the Authority. Most of this service will require the use of an appropriate secure vehicle. In some instances, an escort(s) may be required, this will be agreed at the booking stage and agreed as part of the care planning and risk assessments of patients with the clinical team or the lead responsible for the patient conveyance. For the provision of Delivered Prepared Ready Meal (DPRM) Catering service intended for use at Cumbria, Northumberland Tyne and Wear (CNTW) NHS Foundation Trust (the Authority). NTW Solutions Limited (the Authority) is acting on behalf of the Authority (jointly referred to as the Authority) who reserves the right to award the contract in whole to one or more than one Supplier(s). The overall contract is for the provision of an integrated community drug and alcohol service, where CNTW will be the lead provider and looking for relevant subcontractors. We are looking for potential partners who already have a presence in the North East of England. The contract is aiming to start on the 01 April 25 for 60 months with up to 24 months option to extend.
