NHS Lincolnshire CCG is seeking to further develop its relationship with the home care market recognising that providers are providing care to some of our most vulnerable citizens and are coming under increasing pressure to respond to the needs of commissioners and individuals.
These engagement events are being created to enable the CCG to open up the dialogue with providers and hear from the market about the challenges, and opportunities there may be.
NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGEM CSU) on behalf of NHS Lincolnshire CCG (referred to as the commissioner) is seeking expressions of interest to deliver primary care medical services for the registered patients at Cliff House Surgery and the branch surgery at Gresham Street within the city of Lincoln.
The new contract is required to start on 1st April 2023 and the contract is to run for a period of 10 years with the option to extend for up to a further 5 years (maximum total contract duration 15 years). The contract to be entered into will be in accordance with the NHS Standard Alternative Provider Medical Services Contract 2021. The provider will be paid at the APMS global sum rate of £96.65, including national payments, and local enhanced services. The current practice list size, as of April 2022 is 6676 (raw) and 6729.21 (weighted).
NHS Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (NHS Arden & GEM CSU) on behalf of NHS Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), on behalf of itself and Lincolnshire County Council, are inviting Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified providers to express their interest in delivering a Suicide Bereavement Support Service.
