NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGEM CSU) on behalf of NHS Lincolnshire CCG (referred to as the commissioner) is seeking expressions of interest to deliver primary care medical services for the registered patients at Cliff House Surgery and the branch surgery at Gresham Street within the city of Lincoln. The new contract is required to start on 1st April 2023 and the contract is to run for a period of 10 years with the option to extend for up to a further 5 years (maximum total contract duration 15 years).
