The preferred Provider will be required to demonstrate how they will deliver a clinically safe, high quality, dignified, cost effective service that puts the individual at the centre of their own care which supports and maintains their on-going health and wellbeing needs. The service will be required to: • Provide a timely, comprehensive holistic assessment of an individual's posture and mobility needs, taking into account medical condition, functional ability, social situation and environment; • Provide posture, pressure relief and where appropriate, predictable changes in Wheelchair User needs; • Provide a service that meets the Wheelchair Users wider health and wellbeing needs; • Enhance and maintain the Wheelchairs Users quality of life; • Support personalisation, independence and offer a Personal Wheelchair Budget where eligible and appropriate; • Support an overall reduction in hospital admissions and/or length of stay; and • Demonstrate Wheelchair Users (and carers) are central to the decision making in their wheelchair assessment and provision - evidenced through patient centred outcome measures.

NHS England are seeking to establish a supplier registry for the use of AI-enabled ambient scribing products in health and care settings. Suppliers must hold class 1 Medical Device Accreditation and current DTAC assessment. All corresponding certifications and registrations specified within DTAC must be provided as part of the application process. Evidence of benefit within the NHS care setting proposed is also required. Evidence may be provided in various formats for example, in the form of case studies or reports. The aim is to create and develop a robust and accurate supplier registry for ambient voice technology ("AVT Registry") with an accompanying resource library that will be shared to better inform buying authorities so that they can ensure compliance with the guidance issued by NHS England. Procurements thereafter will be undertaken by the NHS bodies themselves and in accordance with their own governance requirements. The National Commercial and Procurement Hub will undertake preliminary completion checks against the requirements and standards as specified on the Atamis e-tendering portal. An evidence base of documentation will be collated for onward sharing with NHS Buyers. All collateral must be kept up to date and current. It is the supplier's responsibility to keep the Hub up to date with details of their systems and solutions so that the information shared with NHS Buyers is current and accurate. The registry operationalises the requirements by offering a transparent, centralised platform where AVT suppliers can self-declare compliance. The Humber and North Yorkshire Specialist Mental Health Provider Collaborative (the commissioner), seeks to procure an Adult Eating Disorder Alternative to Hospital Admission (AL2A) service, inclusive of First Episode Rapid Early Intervention for Eating Disorders (FREED). The service will provide intensive, time-limited, community-based interventions as an alternative to inpatient admission, and as step-down support following admission, in order to: • Reduce avoidable admissions • Reduce length of inpatient stay • Improve patient experience and outcomes • Reduce out-of-area placements • Deliver value for money through invest-to-save approaches
