The use of RAND to complete surveys in relation to Damp, Mould & Condensation.
We have c850 properties that we need to survey following stock condition surveys where there were signs of damp and mould reported. Internally resource is at capacity and this is something that need to be a quick solution considering the recent damp and mould incidents in the media. This will be an interim measure until the stock condition tender is awarded as there is a provision for damp and mould surveys included in the tender.
Magenta Living's datacentre in Partnership Building has become increasingly expensive to manage and maintain. In keeping with industry trends and the IT Strategy, the intention is to move to public cloud; i.e. our systems would run in somebody else's datacentre on their infrastructure. This aim is to improve the reliability, security, scalability, mobility and support whilst reducing the management overhead and total cost of ownership.
IPR - Granicus hold the IP rights in the online platform that hosts MAGENTA CONNECT. We need to renew the licence to continue to use MAGENTA CONNECT. There is no suitable alternate supplier as we would not be able to move our information due to the IP issue
Through this Framework Agreement Magenta wishes to establish and maintain a longer term relationship between Magenta and the Provider, working in partnership to deliver a consistent quality approach to repair and maintenance work to tenanted and void properties.
