LLAO seeks to engage dynamic and 2 adaptable suppliers to provide specialist resources to support the delivery of complex business technology projects to modernise current systems and processes across the business. A zero-value framework agreement is required to allow the rapid procurement of skilled resources to support all stages of technology project delivery, including premarket engagement, business case development, business analyst support, development of requirements, procurement support, tender development and evaluation, project mobilisation and implementation, documentation and closure. This will compliment LLA resources in most cases, depending on the specific activity.The framework will allow LLA to recruit appropriate specialists into the project team to assist in the delivery of the project in hand. This is necessary to meet the expected business demand for new systems to help LLA modernise work practices.
Integration of meet and greet IT software will allow for block parking in areas across the estate enabling the ability to uplift parking spaces for priority parking of circa 20 percent in the areas that allow for this. As the car parking estate is capacity constrained, this will allow the parking of more vehicles to support to ambitions of LLA to increase passenger numbers as per the DCO.The software integration will also allow for a smoother guest experience for future proofing the volume of guests using the Priority Parking facility. The software provider must be able to incorporate a contactless self-service key drop off and lockers for self-service key collection on return. This additional kit will also improve efficiency for the Priority Parking staff with the movements of vehicles.

LLA is seeking suitably qualified and experienced partners with the relevant skills, knowledge, ways of working and coaching capabilities to support with the process of ideation, de-risking, business case development and implementation of digital, data and AI initiatives.
Two suppliers will be placed on a 12-month zero value framework and will be invited to bid on requirements as they arise.
