PRIVATE MEDICAL COVER SPECIFICATION LLA are seeking to renew their Private Medical Insurance (PMI) cover for all their employees, their spouses, and dependants. For the 8 Executive Team members, there will be additional cover in place to that specified as part of this tender. If the Executive Cover is best managed as a separate policy, LLA will accept the separation. This should be offered as a fully insured (with profit share) and managed service. As the Landlord, LLA is responsible for the management of the Terminals smoke control systems which prevent death and injuries in the event of a fire through smoke inhalation by protecting escape routes and assisting fire fighters. LLAOL would like to invite competent service providers to tender for the service & maintenance of the Main Terminal Smoke Control Equipment in line with legislation (i.e. under BS 9999 and 9991 - Codes of Practice for fire safety systems). This contract will be in place with one supplier for a period of 4 years + 1 year optional extension period. The contract will allow for service maintenance and 24/ 7/ 365 call outs for the equipment detailed in the tender document pack.
