L23006-T-MC - Service & maintenance of the terminal smoke control systems

Description

As the Landlord, LLA is responsible for the management of the Terminals smoke control systems which prevent death and injuries in the event of a fire through smoke inhalation by protecting escape routes and assisting fire fighters. LLAOL would like to invite competent service providers to tender for the service & maintenance of the Main Terminal Smoke Control Equipment in line with legislation (i.e. under BS 9999 and 9991 - Codes of Practice for fire safety systems). This contract will be in place with one supplier for a period of 4 years + 1 year optional extension period. The contract will allow for service maintenance and 24/ 7/ 365 call outs for the equipment detailed in the tender document pack. Additional information: Prospective contractors must be able to demonstrate previous experience of similar work and be prepared to provide references. After expressing interest and reviewing any tender documents, in order to progress you will also be asked whether or not you wish to Opt In or Opt Out of the process and click the appropriate button. Doing so will indicate to the buyers your intention to either make a submission or not and allow you to progress. Once you have opted in, you will be able to submit a response and use the Correspondence facility to ask any tender related questions.
